PLEASE COMMIT OR RESCHEDULE EARLY MORNING CLASSES 12HRS BEFORE CLASS TIME If the need arises for you to reschedule an early morning class e.g. 6:15am class please do this as soon as possible and no less than 12hrs before the class start time (6:15pm the evening before). By extending this courtesy you are giving someone else the chance to utilise your space and us the chance to fill your space off a wait list. When early morning classes are rescheduled late at night they cannot be filled which is a wasted opportunity for clients and instructors alike. Please only book these early class spaces weeks in advance if you are fairly certain you will be able to commit to make it, if not then wait until closer to the class date to try and book. We understand there are times when unexpected circumstances arise such as sickness or an emergency and no additional notice could be given and that is absolutely fine. We know the darker mornings are harder to find the motivation to get out of bed, your instructors feel this too However making the commitment to yourself the night before is the ultimate flex in putting yourself first and giving yourself that exercise high to start your day on a positive note. We appreciate your understanding and consideration in this matter. Xx
