David Quirk How has LODED helped you on your fitness journey? CrossFit has provided me with a flexible schedule for training in a very supportive environment, the coaches offer genuine encouragement, high level guidance and ensure everyone in the class is able to complete the exercises safely for their level of fitness and strength through their keen supervision and coaching skills. What has been the most significant change you have noticed since you began training with us? My level of fitness and strength has increased dramatically. I can now do exercises which 6 months ago were impossible for me to undertake let alone complete. My overall strength has improved across all muscle groups and my flexibility/mobility has improved. What do you like most about the service we provide? I really appreciate the level of support provided by the friendly coaches, they offer encouragement and constructive, helpful feedback regarding the correct technique for the varied exercises we do each class. Their level of involvement with each person in the group means everyone is included and coached to meet their individual needs. All excercises have a suitable grade and option for the individual to do, the classes are always friendly and everyone gets along with each other. What has CrossFit taught you about fitness in general? CrossFit has really shown me personal fitness is about participation and gradual improvement overtime, everyday you get stronger, fitter and better at what you are doing. There is level of fitness every one can achieve and improve upon. What would would you say to others who are thinking about giving it a go? Just do it! You will not regret the decision to give CrossFit a go, the exercises are fun, the coaches exceptional and the people you train with are amazing in so many ways. The atmosphere in the gym is friendly and without judgement, you just get on with what you can do and hopefully do it a little better the next day.
